Moreau Œnologie is a team of wine-making consultants from different backgrounds! Through our experience, we share our ideas, our points of view, it is this team spirit which forms our strong points. Our vocation: to support the winemakers, wine-estates throughout the whole life of the wine, from vine to glass.

Mindful of carrying out this role in accordance with your values, we are attentive to each wine’s character, your wine farm, as well as your areas’ identity. Our support is personalised according to your needs, going from simple assistance over the telephone, to full support that offers visits to the vineyard, tasting, analytical support, and so on.

Our expertise allows us to carry out winery, bottling, contamination, premature ageing of wine audits too, and to tackle any other problems which could hinder the quality and longevity of your wine.

Also, we take care of the “outsourced winemaker” role in a few wine farms.

Support and wine farming

Wine farming serves to develop your potential and to express as best as possible, your terroir type. Advising oenologists from the Moreau Œnologie laboratory bring you all their know-how about the best-suited choices and techniques for wine farming, selecting barrels, heating, micro-oxygenation and so on. With you, they attentively monitor developments. The oenologists give particular care to keeping wine correctly and, along with you, take care of regular analytical inspections.

Winemaking and packaging

Knowing how to make wine, preparing them to be bottled, is a last important step in ensuring, on the one hand, the products are presented perfectly to the consumer, and on the other hand, ensuring the stability of the wine in the bottles. The Moreau Œnologie laboratory gives you professional services, bringing together analytical assessments and studies by your advising enologist for stabilisation processes (microbiological stabilisation, sealing, filtration and so on), then for packaging.

OUR GOAL

Our goal is not to make wines for competitions, but to create wines with style and elegance, which retain their own character while progressing. Then these wines will get more attention and naturally come close to reaching high scores, awarded by influential wine critics or reference guides. Retaining the origins of wine is crucial for ensuring good quality and thus high sales on target markets.
