Our laboratory gives you our expertise and our know-how. For more than 20 years already, we have supported and advised Burgundian winegrowers in developing their wine.
From the vine up to bottling, stay completely calm, thanks to the reliability of our analyses. Find our team on one of our four laboratories: in Meursault, Chassey-le-Camp (Santenay), Nuits-Saint-Georges, or Chablis.

With four laboratories spread out over the Burgundian wine-growing region, we are there by your side, right where you are. We believe that the laboratory’s role cannot be as best it can, if it stays cut off from producers: the vital proactivity in our work is made easier by our proximity.

A COMPLETE ANALYSIS CENTRE

We monitor your wine production step-by-step, to develop the whole potential of your wine. You can choose to produce all current analyses, monitor sugars and malolactic fermentation.
On top of monitoring your wine from wine production in the farm to bottling, our laboratory is also COFRAC accredited, which can guarantee you confidence in our results and will help you to prepare your exports, to present your wine in contests, or to obtain SIQOCERT certification.

Finally, we can also carry out microbiological analyses for you (Brettanomyces, bacterial load, total yeasts and so on).

Our bespoke services offer you:

  • Current analyses: monitoring sugars, malolactic fermentation and so on
  • COFRAC analyses: export, contests, SIQOCERT and so on
  • Specific analyses: microbiological, stability and so on
